- Cell phone ringers off
- Long hair tied back
- No chewing gum
- No dangling jewelry
- No smoking
- Proper footwear i.e. Rubber, hiking or cowboy boots, running shoes NO OPEN TOED FOOTWEAR
- Long pants (no shorts)
- Bring your own sun-block or fly repellent
- Due to many allergies, please refrain from using heavy perfume
- Due to confidentiality concerns for our clients, we ask that no photos be taken during classes
